ARS-Patent & Trademarks pays particular attention to providing reliable, accessible
and superior intellectual property law services in the obtainment, realisation and

Working together

Our reputation in Intellectual Property reflects our wide experience in acting for
some of the world’s most prominent IP owners. We have more than 50 dedicated
 IP professionals in our two Russian offices. They include native English speakers and 
we are happy to correspond in both English and German. Their extensive knowledge
 of national and international Intellectual Property law places us in a unique position to 
help our clients make the most of their Intellectual Property. We have a trusted, longstanding,
network of highly qualified consultants and professional translators in all 
fields of technology, industry and service design.

To support our knowledge of Intellectual Property, we have built a number of long-term 
relationships with consultants in various fields of technology, industry and service 
design. We also have a large number of professional technical translators to support
our IP work.

We use brainstorming and teamwork principles to determine and establish winning IP
 strategies for our clients. To support our team, we have invested in Information 
Technology and Software to ensure the reliability of our work. Using Patricia® IP 
Software (an Electronic Document Management System) we handle all case matters 
including litigation. We have deployed Patricia® throughout ARS-Patent & Trademarks 
to give us direct access to case information at all times. This enables us to work more
efficiently and provides us with automatic tracking of our clients’ IP matters.

Our Moscow offices are close to the Eurasian Patent Office and the Russian Patent and 
Trademark Office which allows our attorneys to meet with EAPO and RU PTO examiners 
and officials, thereby expediting our clients’ applications and appellations.
