Kirill Osipov’s note has been published in the AIPLA Chemical Practice Chronicles

The note entitled “Compulsory Licenses – a New Focus in Russia” by Kirill Osipov, the Head of Legal Department of ARS-Patent, has been published in the Fall 2018 issue of the AIPLA Chemical Practice Chronicles (Newsletter of the AIPLA Chemical Practice Committee). In this note Kirill Osipov gives an overview of the Russian legal provisions and case law concerning the grant of compulsory licenses, breaking down the court case # A40-71471/2017 that has become the first practical case on the grant of the compulsory license in Russia.
