ARS-Patent &Trademark awarded General Electric

ARS-Patent&Trademark’ (the annual sponsor of the nomination “Healthcare and Consumer Goods”) representatives – Eugine Ilmer and Elena Solovyova awarded the in-house lawyers from General Electric Company – winner in the nomination of 2014 -with annual WTR (World Trademark Report) Industry Award 2014.

On May 13 WTR announced the winners of its 2014 Industry Awards for in-house counsel at an exclusive reception at the historic Happy Valley Racecourse in Hong Kong.

The event, timed to coincide with the International Trademark Association’s annual meeting, was attended by more than 200 senior in-house counsel from nominated companies and representatives from a number of prominent law firms.

Each year WTR honours leading in-house departments or groups through the WTR Industry Awards. The awards are designed to recognise the vitally important work carried out by in-house trademark counsel and to identify the teams and individuals that are performing their functions to the highest possible standards. The awards are divided into geographical, industry and individual categories, and the winners are selected from nominations received from the global trademark community.
