{"id":2317,"date":"2022-01-13T17:02:15","date_gmt":"2022-01-13T14:02:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ars-patent.com\/cn\/?p=2317"},"modified":"2022-01-13T17:02:15","modified_gmt":"2022-01-13T14:02:15","slug":"new-rules-of-arbitration-hearings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ars-patent.com\/cn\/new-rules-of-arbitration-hearings\/","title":{"rendered":"New rules of arbitration hearings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation adopted <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.pravo.ru\/file\/general\/bU_plenum-apk-obnovlennyii.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Resolution \u2018On application of the Arbitration Procedure Code when considering cases in the first-instance court\u2019<\/a>, where the rules of judicial process in the arbitration court are clarified.<\/p>\n<p>New Resolution totally replaces clarifications of the Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court adopted in 1996.<\/p>\n<p>New clarifications of the Plenum help lawyers to better prepare for arbitration hearings in the first-instance courts. The Supreme Court teaches how to determine the jurisdiction of the dispute correctly and explains when the additional requirements to the claim can be submitted.
