Dreyer SE &amp; Co. KG, a large-scale producer of agricultural machinery.<\/p>\n<p>In the result of the examination of the international registration by the Russian Patent and Trademark Office, our client received a refusal on legal protection on the territory of the Russian Federation in view of the earlier trademark registration. It was decided to file a lawsuit for cancellation of the opposed trademark registration due to its non-use in the classes 07 and 09.<\/p>\n<p>In the frame of the case <a href=\"https:\/\/kad.arbitr.ru\/Card\/cb0ce4a9-cc27-4b5b-885f-00631d1e89d9\">SIP-602\/2022<\/a>, the Court for Intellectual Property Rights issued a decision in favor of our client, having satisfied the lawsuit in full.<\/p>\n<p>The interests of the company AMAZONEN-WERKE \u041d. Dreyer SE &amp; Co.
