Mrs. Ilyana Lipatova and Mr. Kirill Osipov succeeded in revocation of a Eurasian patent

Mrs. Ilyana Lipatova and Mr. Kirill Osipov, patent attorneys of “ARS-Patent”, represented “Cheminova A/S” (DK) in the administrative revocation procedure initiated in respect of Eurasian patent No. 019918 granted on the invention “Herbicidal composition and method of weed control in crops of cultivated plants”.

As a result of consideration of the nullity action filed on behalf of “Cheminova A/S” by the EAPO’s Expert Board, the patent was revoked fully. The Revocation Decision was not appealed by the patentee.
