欧亚地区的版权法因共同的苏联时期法律遗产而具有相似性，但自独立以来又有了各自的发展。这些国家中的大多数都是《伯尔尼公约》和世界知识产权组织（WIPO）的成员，从而与国际标准保持一致。根据国家的不同，版权一般在作者去世后持续 50 年或 70 年。 作者拥有经济权利和精神权利，前者允许他们控制作品的复制和发行，后者则保护他们与作品的个人联系。由于数字版权保护和盗版方面的挑战，特别是一些国家资源和基础设施有限，无法有力执法，因此执法情况千差万别。一些国家，如俄罗斯和乌克兰，在打击数字盗版方面做出了巨大努力，而其他国家则在执法方面举步维艰。集体管理组织（CMOs）在这些国家开展工作，帮助执行权利，但透明度和分配问题依然存在。总之，尽管这些国家有着共同的基础，但它们仍在以不同的速度调整法律，以适应现代需求。 «在线联系我们»
