Vladimir Rybakov’s FICPI report on PCT Working Group, 13th session

Vladimir Rybakov, Senior Partner of ARS-Patent, took part in the 13th session of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) Working Group.

The Agenda of the meeting contained several items with regard to international applications, extending PCT time limits in extraordinary circumstances, supplementary international search and others.
