Eurasian Design Patents

Starting from June 1, 2021 the Eurasian Patent Office will start accepting applications for Eurasian Design Patents.

Eurasian Design Patents will be valid on the territory of those contracting states where the Protocol on the Protection of Industrial Designs to the Eurasian Patent Convention of September 9, 1994 will has already come into effect as of filing date of the respective Eurasian Design Applications. As at June 1, 2021 these states will be the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation.
