ARS-Patent successfully represented the client in a trademark cancellation case

With the assistance of the trademark attorney Tatyana Tarasova and the lawyer Kseniya Ignatovich the ARS-Patent’s client Moshkov I.R. (individual entrepreneur) and affiliated parties applied to the Court for Intellectual Property Rights with a request to withdraw legal protection of the trademark confusingly similar to his trademark. In the result of the legal proceedings the Court satisfied the claim of Moshkov I.R., the protection of the disputed trademark was cancelled.

The decision in favour of Moshkov I.R. has an impact on business operations in the field of production of specialised construction materials applied to various project constructions, such as hydraulic constructions, sports centers (Zenit stadium), power engineering facilities, reinforced concrete construction plants, purification facilities.
