ARS-Patent successfully defended the rights of Adobe Inc. in the domain name dispute

ARS-Patent’s lawyers represented Adobe Inc., a world-famous computer software company, in the dispute over illegal use of the trademark owned by Adobe Inc. in the domain name of the zone .ru. Within the frame of the case No. А19-16937/2021 the Arbitration Court of the Irkutsk Region satisfied the claim of the Adobe Inc. in full; the disputed domain name is to be transferred to our client.
