Mr. Aleksander Pulyaev has also passed the State Patent Attorney exam in the Russian Federation in the end of December, 2012 and has become a registered Russian Patent Attorney, registration No. 1492.

Mr. Aleksander Pulyaev focus in the patent practice is conducting patent searches, drafting patent applications, and proceeding with patent applications before the Russian Intellectual Property Office, the Eurasian Patent Office, and abroad. Mr. Pulyaev specializes in patent matters in the field of electrical engineering, radio electronics, industrial equipment, transportation, construction, and mineral mining and processing.

He counsels in transfer of IP rights and drafts licensing and cession agreements. Mr. Aleksander Pulyaev is involved in patent infringement cases at Arbitration and Civil Courts, nullification actions, and represents clients before the Court for Intellectual Property Rights.
