Representatives of ARS-Patent visited AIPPI Baltics 2015

Nine representatives of ARS-Patent visited AIPPI Baltics 2015.

The title of the event was “What’s up IP? Developments in Intellectual Property Law and Practice”
and the main topics for the conference were:

• IP highlights in the neighbouring countries and the new legal framework for the protection
• of trade secrets in the EU
• European Patent System and Unified Patent Court
• IP litigation (judges panel)

The Organising Committee has invited nationally and internationally well-recognized speakers
from the Baltic countries, Scandinavia, Germany, Spain, Russia and the USA who presented
and discussed the latest developments in the above-mentioned fields.
