An article of Kirill Osipov was published in Drug Development & Registration Journal

The article “Term Extension of Drug Patents in Russia (Review of Legislation Amendments)” by Kirill Osipov, the patent attorney, was published in the Russian research and production reviewed journal “Drug Development & Registration”, No.2(15), May 2016.

The article describes the procedure of patent term extension to be granted on inventions relating to drugs and of granting a supplementary patent in view of recent amendments introduced in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Some advices are given to draft patent applications on such inventions.
