ARS-Patent protected the interests of the client in a trademark dispute

The specialists of ARS-Patent represented the interests of a company Max Weishaupt GmbH, a German producer of heating systems and equipment, as a defendant in a trademark cancellation dispute.

Our clients’ trademark was subject to cancellation due to non-use.

In the course of the legal proceedings, our company managed to reach an amicable agreement with the plaintiff. The Court for Intellectual Property Rights approved the settlement agreement, thus the proceedings according to case No. SIP-1231/2021 were terminated. The legal protection of the trademark owned by our client is kept in force.

The interests of the company Max Weishaupt GmbH in the dispute were represented by the Head of Legal Department of ARS-Patent – Kirill Osipov and the Trademark Attorney Tatiana Tarasova.
