ARS-Patent successfully defended the rights of the cosmetics company Levrana

Levrana is one of the biggest producers of green cosmetics under the brand Levrana, True Alchemy, Neo Care, Lerana. Assisted by the specialists of ARS-Patent, Levrana managed to protect the rights with regard to the company name Levrana and corresponding trade mark owned by the company.

The interests of the company were represented by the trademark attorney Tatyana Tarasova and the lawyer Kseniya Ignatovich before the Arbitration Court of Moscow and the Court for Intellectual Property Rights.
