Mr. Vladimir Rybakov took part in the FICPI Open Forum in Vienna on October 08 – 12, 2019.

In framework of the Forum he served as a chair on the session “Erroneously filed elements and parts of international applications”. As speakers if this session acted Mr. Charles Pearson, Director Int. Patent Legal Administration USPTO, Mr. Reinould Hesper, Head of dept. Directorate of Legal Affairs, EPO and Mr. Greg Chambers, Patent Attorney, Chair of Board of Phillips, Ormonde, Fitzpatrick (Australia).
