Patent Attorneys Mr. Evgeny Ilmer, Mr. Alex Panteleev, and Mr. Kirill Osipov have joined the ARS-Patent team in St. Petersburg in 2014

Mr. Evgeny Ilmer started his career in the field of Intellectual Property in 2002. Mr. Ilmer has a wide practice in prosecution of patent applications in Russia as well as in many other countries including licensing of technologies, oppositions, invalidation of patents at the Chamber of Patent Disputes of the Russian Patent and Trademark Office as well as at the Eurasian Patent Office. Evgeny Ilmer also has experience in protecting IP rights at courts.

Mr. Alex Panteleev is an associate at ARS-Patent and his focus in patent practice is drafting and prosecuting of patent applications and conducting patent search examinations for patent inventions in Russia and foreign jurisdictions. Mr. Kirill Osipov started his career in the field of Intellectual Property in 2006. Mr. Osipov’s focus in patent practice is patent prosecution, patent searches, technology licensing, and patent invalidation in the field of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and chemistry. Mr. Kirill Osipov represents interests of chemical, pharmaceutical and biotech Russian and foreign companies before the Russian and Eurasian Patent Offices.
