Pharmaceutical Register of the Eurasian Patent Office was launched on March 1, 2021

The Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) officially announced that a new service Pharmaceutical Register of the Eurasian Patent Office was launched on March 1, 2021, and it is publicly available on the EAPO web-portal. The Register comprises information about Eurasian patents which relate to pharmacologically active ingredients with International Nonproprietary Names (INN) as well as information about corresponding drugs registered in Eurasian state-members if available. To have a Eurasian patent indicated in the Register, the patentee shall file a special motion.
