Successful representation of Adobe Inc. in the domain name dispute

The lawyers of ARS-Patent assisted a world-famous computer software company Adobe Inc. in the dispute over illegal use of the trademark owned by Adobe Inc. in three domain names of the zone .ru. As a result of the consideration of the case No. А19-16935/2021, the Arbitration Court of the Irkutsk Region satisfied the claim of the Adobe Inc. in full; the disputed domain names are to be transferred to our client.
