Education

Mrs. Natalia Belozerova graduated from the St. Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts with a master’s degree in Management of Information Technologies in 1998 by writing a thesis entitled “Trademarks as a vehicle in transmitting information in Marketing”. Mrs. Belozerova received a patent agent certificate from the Russian Intellectual Property and Innovations Institute in 1998, and was admitted to practice before the Russian Patent and Trademark Office as a registered Trademark Attorney in 1998. In 1995, Mrs. Belozerova was certified as a Trademark Attorney, with a specialization in “Trademarks”.

Practice

Prior to joining ARS-Patent in 2000, Mrs. Belozerova had practical experience in another St. Petersburg patent firm, advising applicants on PTO rules, procedures, and deficiencies in trademark applications. Her current practice encompasses all aspects of trademark and domain name registration in Russia and CIS countries, as well as the preparation of various intellectual-related agreements, including cession licenses and co-existence agreements. Mrs. Belozerova regularly participates in international conferences and symposiums on the protection of intellectual property.
