Filing Requirements for Patent Applications in Russia Please ensure that your complete order includes the following: 1) Information identifying the Applicant’s name and address; 2) Information identifying the Inventor(s)’ name(s) and address(es); 3) Priority information, specifically on where the conventional priority is to be claimed (may be submitted within two months from the filing date); 4) The description, claims, drawings (if any) and abstract; 5) A Power of Attorney signed by the Applicant (may be submitted within two months from the filing date); 6) Certified copy of the priority application (may be submitted within three months from the filing date).
